Tanjung Emas, Muar, Johor

Tanjung Emas, Muar, Johor is a popular recreational spot amongst the local people. It is located at the estuary mouth of Muar River where it meets the Malacca straight. Some of the attraction around the area are children playground, a 9-hole golf course, river cruise, a performance stage as well as track for those who like to jog or to just take a stroll. Recently, the area, especially around the river bank underwent a major makeover.

The place is not only a favourite spot for people, it is also a place for animals, especially cats, to roam freely. Fortunately for the cats, there are people who give them food every day. May Allah bless those who feed the cats.

Time Lapse Series – Swiss Garden Resort, Damai Laut, Lumut, Perak

Recently, I have the opportunity to stay at the Swiss Garden Resort, located at Damai Laut, Lumut, Perak. While staying there, I was able to take time lapse of the sunset. 300 raw pictures were captured to make up a 10s time lapse. The gear I used to capture the pictures were Sony A7RM2 and Zeiss FE 16-35 f/4 lens. The pictures were processed in Capture One 10 for Sony which, then, were combined into a time lapse movie using Motion. The movie then imported into Finat Cut Pro for editing. Credit to bensound.com for the royalty free music. I hope you enjoy the time lapse.
